Kappa Delta. Kaydee. Kappa Shmelta. K-Dizzles. Whatever you want to call us, we are fun-loving women on the surface and at heart. Our open motto is "to strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest" and we find every way possible to achieve this goal - conventionally or not. This is one of many reasons why we are SO excited to participate in Nerdy and the Greek again this year. We are looking are forward to having fun working with our nerds and are looking to learn a few things ourselves (like maybe how to fix our own printers!).

You can find us sitting on our brick sign in the front yard "sign watching" at 2 am or just hanging out and working on Project Linus with the local Girl Scouts. We take pride in each other, our family, and you can find us supporting one another at all times whether it's at forums, philanthropies, theater classes, or sporting events. Wherever we and whatever we're doing, we live in love and fun and couldn't imagine being a Coug without being a KD.

Every March we host our Shamrock Project philanthropy benefitting the Whitman County Community Action Center and Prevent Child Abuse America. For the Whitman County CAC, we hold a food drive at Dissmore's and Safeway in Pullman. Prevent Child Abuse America is a Kappa Delta founded organization which focuses on building awareness, providing education and inspiring hope to everyone involved with bringing an end to child neglect and abuse. This organization is the primary beneficiary of the Shamrock Project which boasts a day-long soccer tournament at Martin Stadium and a wing-eating contest sponsored by Wingers in Moscow, ID.

We, at Kappa Delta, are looking to make a difference in the lives our community, young and old. We can't wait to meet our "nerds" and see the results!
